Protocol
Number of chair stands in 30 seconds.
- Chair without armrests (seat about 43 cm) against a wall. Patient seated in the middle, feet flat, arms crossed on the chest.
- On "Go", start the timer: the patient stands up fully, then sits back down, as many times as possible in 30 seconds.
- Tap the large button at each full stand. A stand more than halfway done at the end counts.
- If the patient has to use their arms to stand up, the score is 0.
