Protocol
Functional mobility and fall risk.
- Chair with armrests (seat about 46 cm), back against the backrest, feet flat, usual footwear and walking aid.
- Mark a line on the floor 3 m in front of the chair.
- On "Go", start the timer: the patient stands up, walks to the line at a comfortable, safe pace, turns around, walks back and sits down.
- Stop the timer when the patient's back touches the backrest again.
